1. Adding the App (Installing the Integration)

Installation Steps

Step 1: Access the Zoom App Marketplace
1. Visit the Zoom App Marketplace at marketplace.zoom.us
2. Search for RahmaMed or visit the direct link to your app
3. Click on your app listing

Step 2: Install the App
1. Click the Add or Install button
2. Review the permissions requested by the app
3. Click Authorize to grant the necessary permissions

Step 3: Complete Setup in Your Platform
1. After authorization, you'll be redirected to [Your Platform Name]
2. Complete the Service Provider Registration if this is your first time
3. Fill in all required (name, email, specialty, etc.)
4. On the final registration step, your Zoom account fields will be automatically connected
5. You'll see a confirmation message: Zoom account successfully connected

Step 4: Verify Integration
1. Log in to your Service Provider Dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings, then Integrations
3. Verify that Zoom shows as Connected

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:
Issue: Authorization fails or shows an error

Solution: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Ensure you're logged into the correct Zoom account. Check that your Zoom account has the necessary permissions.

Issue: Zoom doesn't appear as connected after authorization
Solution: Log out and log back into your dashboard. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Zoom account. Contact support at your-support-email.

Issue: Permission denied error
Solution: Your Zoom account administrator may need to approve the integration. Contact your Zoom workspace admin to enable third-party apps.

Issue: Redirect loop or stuck on authorization page
Solution: Disable browser extensions that block redirects. Try using an incognito or private browsing window. Ensure cookies are enabled in your browser.

2. Using the App
Feature 1: Schedule Zoom Meetings from Dashboard
Use Case: Service providers can create Zoom meetings directly from client appointments without switching to the Zoom app.
Prerequisites:
Active Zoom account (Free, Pro, or Business)
Zoom integration connected (see Section 1)
At least one client scheduled appointment

How to Use:
1. Go to your Dashboard, then Appointments
2. Select an upcoming appointment
3. Click Zoom Meeting link for host in details page of session
4. The meeting link will be automatically generated and added to the appointment
5. Both you and your client will receive the Zoom link via email

Expected Result: A unique Zoom meeting link is created and associated with the appointment.

Feature 2: View Scheduled Zoom Meetings
Use Case: View all your upcoming Zoom meetings created through the platform in one place.

Prerequisites:
At least one Zoom meeting scheduled through the app

How to Use:

1. Navigate to Dashboard, then Meetings
2. View the list of all scheduled Zoom meetings
3. Click on any meeting to see details (date, time, participants, meeting link)
4. Copy the meeting link to share manually if needed

Expected Result: A complete list of your Zoom meetings with dates, times, and participants.

Feature 3: Automatic Meeting Reminders
Use Case: Clients automatically receive Zoom meeting links before appointments.

Prerequisites:
Zoom integration connected
Client email address added to appointment
Meeting scheduled at least 1 hour in advance

How It Works:
24 hours before: First reminder email with Zoom link
1 hour before: Second reminder email with Zoom link
No action required from you, it is fully automated

Expected Result: Clients receive timely reminders with easy access to join Zoom meetings.

Feature 4: Meeting History and Recordings (if applicable)
Use Case: Access past meeting information and recordings.

Prerequisites:

Zoom Pro or Business account (recording feature)
Cloud recording enabled in your Zoom settings

How to Use:

1. Go to Dashboard, then Meeting History
2. Browse past meetings
3. Click View Recording to access cloud recordings (if available)

Expected Result: Access to historical meeting data and recordings stored in Zoom.

3. Removing the App
Option A: Disconnect from Your Platform (Keep Zoom App Installed)
If you want to disconnect Zoom but keep the app installed in your Zoom account:

1. Log in to your Service Provider Dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings, then Integrations, then Zoom
3. Click Disconnect Zoom Account
4. Confirm the disconnection
5. Your Zoom account will be unlinked from the platform

What Happens:

Previously meetings created remain accessible in Zoom
The app remains installed in your Zoom Marketplace account
New meetings stops cannot be scheduled from the platform
Automatic meeting creation
Meeting reminders from the platform stop

Your Data:

Meeting history remains visible in your dashboard (read-only)
No new data is collected from your Zoom account
You can reconnect anytime without data loss

Option B: Completely Uninstall from Zoom Marketplace
To fully remove the app from your Zoom account:

1. Log in zoom in to your Zoom account at.us
2. Go to Marketplace, then Manage, then Installed Apps
3. Find RahmaMed in the list
4. Click Uninstall or Remove
5. Confirm the uninstallation

What Happens:
All API access is immediately revoked
The platform can no longer access your Zoom data
New meetings cannot be scheduled
Existing Zoom meetings remain in your Zoom Account
Historical data in your dashboard remains (read-only)

Data Removal Policy:
When you uninstall the app:
Immediately: API access tokens are revoked
Within 48 hours: Cached Zoom data is deleted from our servers
within 30 days Days: All metadata is permanently deleted
Retained: Anonymized usage statistics (no personal data)

Important Notes:
Uninstalling does not delete meetings from your Zoom account
Clients With existing meeting links you can still join those meetings
You can reinstall the meeting app anytime to reconnect
Re-pairing requires re-authorization

Need to re-pair later?
1. Reinstall the app from Zoom Marketplace (if fully uninstalled)
2. Or go to Settings, then Integrations, then Zoom and click Connect
3. Follow the authorization steps again
